Terms and Conditions
You agree that you will not hold Winchester Skating Club or its directors responsible for any damage or injury that may occur as a result of participation in any programs. You give permission to publish your child's name, photo or video by the Winchester Skating Club on our website or the local newspapers. You agree to notify the coaches of any medical conditions that may be an issue on the ice; such as, but not limited to, concussions, seizures, etc.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
All programs are eligible for a full refund within the first two weeks of the start date of the program. The Skate Canada, Safe Sport and Administration Fees are non-refundable. Please contact the club office for any refund requests.
Privacy Policy and Collection of Information
Your privacy and protection of personal information is important to us. Personal information is required to register with Skate Canada and to administer related events or services. Your information will only be exchanged with Skate Canada or Skate Ontario affiliates and will be used for no other purpose. We will employ reasonable measures to protect against unauthorized access, processing, disclosure, alteration, destruction or loss of your personal information.
Delivery Policy
All programs will take place at Joel Steele Community Centre, 577 Main Street, Winchester. Any products purchased on site will be available for pickup at the arena at the designated time. We do not export any goods or services.
