Fundraising Buy-In Fee NEW for 26/27 Season ($150)
To help keep registration fees as low as possible while delivering the top-tier programming Winchester Skating Club is known for, a mandatory $150 fundraising commitment is required per skater at registration.
How it works:
You pay the $150 fee upfront during registration.
You will receive a $150 ticket booklet to sell.
Once you sell your tickets, you keep 100% of the cash, effectively recouping your full buy-in!
Additional fundraising initiatives will take place throughout the season to support our skaters and maintain our high standard of programming. Thank you for supporting our club!
Registration Fundraiser FAQ
Why is there a mandatory fundraising fee?
The Winchester Skating Club is committed to providing high-quality programming while keeping registration fees as affordable as possible. To help offset rising operating costs and support the club's annual fundraising goals, a mandatory fundraising fee of $150 per skater has been included in the registration fee.
Do I have to participate?
Yes. The fundraising fee is a mandatory part of registration for all skaters. By selling the provided raffle tickets, families can recover the full value of the fundraising fee
How does the fundraiser work?
Each registered skater will receive 10 raffle tickets to sell during the month of October & November. The proceeds from the ticket sales will cover the mandatory fundraising fee included in registration.
When will I receive my raffle tickets?
Raffle tickets will be distributed to skaters at the beginning of the fundraising campaign. Families will be notified in advance of distribution dates.
What are the raffle prizes?
There will be multiple cash & donated prizes awarded throughout December, giving participants plenty of opportunities to win. Complete prize details will be announced before ticket sales begin.
When will more information be available?
Additional details, including ticket distribution, draw dates, prize information, and fundraising instructions, will be shared closer to the start of the skating season.
